Clinical audiologists and owners of Thames Hearing Services, Inc., Jean P. Tuneski, M.S., CCC-A and Jennifer M. Clays, M.A., CCC-A are board-certified in audiology, members of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, Fellows of the American Academy of Audiology, and Certified Course Directors for the Council in the Accreditation of Occupational Hearing Conservation.
Jean and Jennifer specialize in pediatric, adult, geriatric, and occupational audiology, and have extensive training and knowledge in diagnostic hearing evaluations, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids, and hearing loss prevention.
Jean earned her Masters degree in Audiology from Pennsylvania State University in 1984. Jennifer graduated in 1986 with her Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Maryland.
Since opening Thames Hearing Services, Inc. in 1991, Jean and Jennifer have helped hundreds of patients to hear better and improve their quality of life.

Kelly Morris, Office Manager
Kelly joined the Thames Hearing Services in August of 2013. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Central CT State University in 2006 and has been working in the medical field for the past 15 years.
Emily Levanti, Receptionist
Emily Started working at Thames Hearing Services in April of 2018 and is currently studying to become an Audiology Assistant.
Theresa Grimm, Office Coordinator
Theresa has been with Thames Hearing Services since March of 2016. She is a retiree of Pfizer Inc., and has worked in the medical field for 8 years.
Peg Herzberg, Office Assistant
Peg joined the Thames Hearing team in January 2014. She is a retired Montville teacher and a graduate of Eastern CT State University.
